Fashion Italia offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

1. Overview

These Terms govern the contractual relationship between the online store www.fashionitalia.com and you, the customer. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products & Availability

We offer items from past collections available in our store in Spain. All products are subject to availability. Images are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect actual product details. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in your local currency and include VAT.
• Prices may change without notice.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, iDEAL, Apple Pay, and PayPal, securely processed via Shopify Payments.
• Payments are charged at the time of shipment.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders become binding once accepted by Fashion Italia. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Customers cannot modify or cancel orders directly through their account. For assistance, contact: hello@fashionitalia.com.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship via DHL Express to the EU and worldwide.
• Delivery within Spain: 1 business day. EU: 1–3 business days depending on the destination.
• Returns and delivery within the EU are free of charge via DHL Express.
• We are not liable for delays once orders have shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Returns must include the original invoice.
• EU returns are free via DHL Express (pre-paid label included).
• Non-EU returns must be sent via standard mail; shipping cost, duties and taxes are the customer’s expenses.

Request a return by emailing hello@fashionitalia.com with your order number and item reference(s). Refunds are issued via the original payment method once items are received and inspected.

Please bring the invoice included in the package or printed from your account under “My Orders”.

8. Account Registration

To place an order, you must create an account with accurate personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Málaga, Spain.
