Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped via DHL Express, ensuring fast and secure delivery worldwide.

Shipping Within the European Union (EU)

• Free Delivery & Free Returns on all orders within the EU.
• Each parcel includes a pre-paid DHL return label for easy returns.
• Estimated delivery time: 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping Outside the EU (Rest of the World)

• All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
• Shipping costs are included in the order price.
• Taxes and duties are also included as we use the DHL express option DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Delivery Claims

Claims for compensation due to delivery delays are excluded.
Once a shipment has left our warehouse, delivery times and any delays fall under the responsibility of DHL Express.
