RETURN FROM EUROPEAN UNION (EU)

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns must be sent from the same country to which the order was originally delivered.
• To benefit from free EU return shipping, items must be returned using the DHL return label provided by fashionitalia.com

How to Return an Item

1. Request your return: Click on "Request Return" or "Return Items". Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for your return.

2. Wait for approval: Once your request has been submitted, our team will review it. If approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and, where applicable a DHL return shipping label.

3. Pack your item securely
   Place the item in its original packaging or in a suitable protective shipping box. Remove or cover any previous shipping labels and attach the DHL return label provided by email.

4. Ship the item
   Drop off your parcel at any DHL location (www.dhl.com) or contact DHL to schedule a pick-up at the same adress the parcel was delivered.
5. Processing time
   Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 3–7 business days for processing. During peak periods, processing times may vary.
6. Refund
   Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.

RETURN FROM OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)

      1. The same return procedure described above applies to orders returned from outside the European Union.

      2. Return shipping costs are covered by Fashionitalia.com worldwide when using the DHL return label provided by us. Any applicable taxes and customs duties remain the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the refund.

• Return shipping is free of charge worldwide when using the DHL return label provided by FASHIONITALIA.COM. For returns from outside the European Union, any applicable taxes and custom duties are the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the refund.
• If you choose to use a different courier instead of the DHL return service provided by FASHIONITALIA.COM, you are responsible for all shipping costs and for any loss or damage during transit.
  
• Please do not send parcels that require collection from a courier branch or service point.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions stated above.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
