Return and Refund Policy

At Fashion Italia, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return any item within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN FROM EU (EUROPEAN UNION)

Return Conditions

• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• Returns must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns must originate from the same country where the item was originally delivered.
• Items must be returned using the DHL label provided by FASHIONITALIA.COM unless otherwise approved.

How to Return an Item

1. Request a return: Click on "Request Return" or "Return Items". Choose the item(s) you want to return and select a reason from the list.

2. Wait for approval: Once your request is submitted, our team will review it.You'll receive an email with return instructions and a returnshipping label if you request is approved.

3. Pack your item securely
   Use the original order box, a DHL envelope, or any rigid carton. Affix the pre-paid DHL label (provided by email) over the previous delivery label.

4. Ship the item
   Drop off your parcel at any DHL location (www.dhl.com) or contact DHL to schedule a pick-up at the same adress the parcel was delivered.
5. Processing time
   Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 3–7 business days for processing. During peak periods, processing times may vary.
6. Refund
   Once your return is accepted, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.

RETURN FROM OUTSIDE EU (EUROPEAN UNION)

      1. Follow the same procedure as described above.

      2. Taxes and duties and return costs are at the customer's expenses and will be deduced from the refund.

Important Notes

• Returns are free of charge if shipped using the DHL label provided by FASHIONITALIA.COM.
• If you choose a different courier, you are responsible for:
  • Shipping costs
  • Loss or damage
  • Any applicable taxes or customs duties
• Fashion Italia will not accept shipments that:
  • Require pick-up at courier branches
  • Incur additional charges or taxes at the time of delivery
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return conditions.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the conditions outlined above.
