Delivery

https://fashionitalia.com / CMA JCUOMO S.L. (Fashion Italia) makes free delivery and returns in all European Union by DHL Express (Free Delivery and Easy Return label included inside the parcel)

For purchases outside Europe (the rest of the world) via DHL Express, the costs of taxes and duties will be included DDP (delivery duty paid).

Delivery for european countries is done 1 to 3 days depending on the destinstion country

Any claim for damages due to delayed delivery are excluded

Returns and refunds

You can return any item purchased on fashionitalia.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

1. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

2. Pack the items in the order box or the DHL envelope (or any rigid carton box) and stick the pre-paid DHL label over the prior delivery information.

3. Drop-off your parcel at a DHL point of your choice, visit www.dhl.com or contact DHL to arrange the pick-up of your package.For Returns outside of EU (ex: USA, CHINA, EMIRATES etc …) : Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from and with the original invoice if the delivery address was out of EU and specify on the invoice which articles are returned. Please also specify the waybill number of the first DHL shipment on the invoice, returns from outside European Union is at the customer charge.Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
